Role- Graduate / Electrical Design Engineer

Salary- £28,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)

Type- Permanent

Location- Manchester

My client work within engineering and they are looking to take on a Graduate / Electrical Design Engineer to develop as part of their team.

The Electrical Design Engineer role will ideally have the following attributes:

• Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City & Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical Engineering
• Any previous experience carrying out electrical design would be desirable
• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPlan or SolidWorks Electrical
• Excellent problem solving capabilities
• Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

The Electrical Design Engineer role will involve:

• Working within the existing multi-disciplinary engineering team
• Producing detailed design specifications
• Producing test specifications as required
• Liaising directly with customers as part of the projects
