About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Portfolio: Multi‑let offices, multi‑let industrial estates, Retail parks and shopping centres
- Working with a major institutional client and HNIs
- You do not need previous experience managing institutional clients - what matters is capability, confidence, and client‑facing professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Ideally MRICS, but open to exceptional non-chartered candidates
- Strong communicator and confident with client-facing work
- Experience managing multi‑let commercial assets
