Senior Technical Manager – Residential Developer

London Bridge

New Build Student & Private Residential Scheme On site end of 2026

Senior Technical Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing residential developer, taking a lead role on a major new build scheme in London Bridge.

The project comprises:

• 140-unit new build student accommodation
• 70 units of private residential housing

This is a key hire, with responsibility for leading the technical function through pre-construction, design development, consultant management, and delivery readiness ahead of site start end of 2026.

Key requirements:

• Strong background working for a residential developer
• Proven experience delivering new build residential schemes in London
• Confident managing full technical/design process from planning through to construction
• Strong understanding of building regulations, design coordination, and consultant management
• Experience across student accommodation highly beneficial
