Lighting Designer (Architectural)

London | Design Studio Environment | Up to £50,000 Package

An established and highly respected London-based design studio is looking to appoint a talented Lighting Designer to support the delivery of high-quality architectural lighting schemes across a diverse project portfolio.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to hospitality, retail, commercial, residential and external projects, working within a collaborative and design-led studio environment.

The Role

• Support the design, detailing and specification of lighting schemes

• Produce high-quality technical and production information

• Liaise directly with clients, consultants and design teams

• Assist senior designers and directors on project delivery

• Develop bespoke fittings and coordinate with manufacturers

• Manage supplier relationships and pricing discussions

• Contribute to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high creative standard

• Stay up-to-date with evolving lighting technologies and products

• Represent the studio at industry events and support marketing initiatives

• Background in architectural lighting design

• Strong technical and creative capability

• Professional client-facing approach

• Comfortable working independently and within a team

• Commercially aware and detail-oriented
