Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive – Mansfield, Nottinghamshire - Hybrid/Flexible Working

A well-established, multi-service law firm with offices across Nottinghamshire is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2+ years PQE) or experienced Legal Executive to join their team in Mansfield.

The firm is renowned across the region for its excellent client service and community-focused approach, providing high-quality, practical legal advice to businesses and individuals alike.

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in Civil and/or Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution. You will join a supportive Litigation team offering you paralegal and legal secretarial support, excellent quality work, and clear opportunities for career progression. This role is ideal for a proactive lawyer or legal executive who thrives on variety and is looking for a new challenge in a hybrid working environment.

Your caseload will include (but is not limited to):

• Contract and commercial disputes
• Property and landlord/tenant matters
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Employment and professional negligence claims
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Contentious probate and other general civil litigation work

Key responsibilities:

• Advising clients and providing pragmatic, commercial legal advice
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
• Representing clients in negotiations and at hearings
