Associate – Real Estate, Commercial Development (Birmingham)
A major UK firm with one of the largest real estate practices nationally is seeking an Associate (0–2 PQE) to join its Birmingham‑based Commercial Development & Investment team. The wider group advises property companies, developers, investors and corporate occupiers on a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
The practice works on significant industrial and logistics mandates, including data centres, strategic land, long‑term development projects (often running over several years), alongside faster‑paced transactional work for major sector clients. The team is looking to broaden its base at associate level to support sustained growth across these workstreams.
This is a hybrid role, with three days per week expected in the Birmingham office. An interest in commercial development and investment work is essential.
