We are partnering with an established full-service law firm who are looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation solicitor to work on a broad and varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative practice.

They are seeking a solicitor with experience across commercial litigation and property litigation, who is confident handling matters from pre-action through to trial. The role offers exposure to a wide range of contentious work, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, landlord and tenant matters (both commercial and residential), property disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence.

Typical duties for the role will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial and property litigation matters.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications and legal advice.
• Conducting advocacy and attending court hearings where appropriate.
• Advising clients on strategy, risk and dispute resolution options.
• Liaising with counsel, experts and third parties.
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters.
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will have:

• 1–6 years’ PQE in dispute resolution, commercial litigation or property litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Experience handling civil litigation matters with appropriate supervision.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to disputes.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
