**Site Manager - Residential/Housing Developer - Beaconsfield**
Our client is an independent housebuilder/developer located in Watford who are committed to building high quality, and beautiful homes within the Northern Home Counties and London vicinity.
They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
Location: Beaconsfield – 4 months left on this project and then will move onto another project in the locality.
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (with the potential of a bonus performance related scheme – to be discussed at interview).
Experience/Requirements:
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
- Previous experience working with a residential developer/house builder
- Solid employment history
- Ability to manage subcontractors and meet project deadlines
- Health & Safety Knowledge
- UK Full Driving License
- Working references – essential
