Solutions Architect – ERP Transformation


We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established but rapidly growing organisation in the ERP consulting space.


On the back of a recent investment, they are looking to accelerate their growth in the UK and strengthen their team.


Whilst technically focused, they need someone very comfortable in commercially focused conversations and a ‘challenger mentality’. Energy and drive to succeed are high on their priority list when hiring this person.


Position: Solutions Architect – ERP Transformation

Location: United Kingdom (remote)

Salary: £110k-£130k basic + OTE and share options


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales support: You will be a critical part of customer engagement, working closely alongside the enterprise field sales team, and must be very comfortable in a customer facing technical role
  • Presenting: Deliver RFI, RFQ, RFP, and demos, presenting technical and sales expertise to customers in the Enterprise space at senior levels
  • Industry Expertise: Utilise and stay up-to-date with industry trends, and the latest innovations within cloud, AI, HCM and ERP markets.


Key Qualifications:

  • Sector Knowledge: It is critical you have a strong understanding of ERP or HCM technologies particularly from vendors such as SAP
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success supporting sales teams closing deals with enterprise customers within the domains of ERP or HCM
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities, capable of building and sustaining relationships at all levels and comfortable presenting at CxO level
