Early Careers Recruiter / Campus Recruitment Specialist

London | Hybrid Working

Global Investment Banking Environment

We are partnering with a leading global financial institution seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to join their London HR team.


This role will focus on delivering a high-quality campus recruitment strategy, managing graduate and internship hiring campaigns and building strong relationships with business stakeholders and universities. It offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established HR function and play a key role in attracting early talent into a complex, international organisation.


The Opportunity

You will manage the end-to-end early careers recruitment process, supporting graduate, internship and insight programmes across multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-volume graduate and intern recruitment campaigns
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from CV screening through to offer
  • Coordinating interviews and assessment centres
  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Managing candidates through the ATS and ensuring accurate tracking
  • Supporting onboarding and visa processes
  • Delivering campus presentations and recruitment events
  • Supporting intern-to-graduate conversion
  • Building relationships with universities and student societies
  • Driving improvements across recruitment processes and attraction strategies

About You

  • Experience in Early Careers or Graduate Recruitment
  • Strong experience managing high-volume recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of UK campus recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS systems is beneficial

Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential.
