VIDEO EDITOR & VIDEOGRAPHER – HIGH-GROWTH CONSUMER BRAND

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, mission-led consumer brand at a pivotal moment. With paid media investment increasing significantly, video sits at the centre of growth and experimentation. This is the first dedicated video hire, with real ownership, pace and visibility on performance.

What they need

• Someone who can own short-form video end-to-end, from hook and concept through to final edit
• A digital first videographer who's comfortable producing high volumes of social-first content for paid media, without sacrificing quality
• Someone who understands how to build content that educates, builds trust and converts across a longer funnel
• Someone happy filming in different environments (office, home, occasional shoot days) and making it feel native and authentic
• Someone proactive and self-directed, who spots opportunities, brings ideas and keeps creative momentum high

What you’re great at

• Editing short-form video for Meta-first placements (Reels, Stories, Feed), with some TikTok/Shorts
• Shooting strong iPhone-led content, with a solid grasp of lighting, audio, framing and pace
• Building hooks and narratives that stop the scroll and carry a clear problem/solution or demo arc
• Iterating fast, creating multiple versions of creative (cut-downs, new hooks, CTAs, formats) to support testing
• Working with performance insight, taking feedback on what’s working and applying it to the next round of creative
• Ideally you'll have a track record in another D2C/Consumer facing brand - what's critical though is being a short-form video expert who knows how to drive engagement and awareness through educational, social first video content
