We’re hiring a Content Lead

Mayfair, London | Full-time

We’re building something bigger than a luxury watch retailer at Trilogy Jewellers.

We’re building a brand people actively follow and content is at the centre of that.

We’re looking for a Content Lead to take real ownership of how Trilogy shows up across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

This isn’t about scheduling posts.

It’s about building a content engine with taste, consistency and momentum.

If you want to execute briefs, this won’t be the right role.

The role

You’ll lead content from idea to execution to growth.

Day to day, that means:

• Setting the visual direction and tone for the brand
• Shooting and editing high-quality video around rare watches, jewellery, and life inside a Mayfair luxury business
• Turning real moments; product drops, sourcing wins, behind-the-scenes access -into strong storytelling
• Building repeatable formats instead of one-off posts
• Working closely with the founder, sales and marketing teams so content actually supports the business

You’ll be hands-on, but you’ll also be thinking long-term about where the brand is going.

What success looks like

In the first year, you should have:

• Given Trilogy a clear, recognisable content style
• Built content formats that people come back for
• Grown at least one platform meaningfully
• Started laying the groundwork for longer-form YouTube content
• Helped turn Trilogy into a brand people follow even when they’re not buying a watch

This could be a great fit if you:

• Have grown a brand, page or personal account and can show it
• Have good taste and understand restraint, especially in luxury
• Know how to hold attention without chasing every trend
• Are comfortable working independently and making decisions
• Want responsibility, not just tasks

Probably not a fit if you:

• Need constant direction
• Only want to edit, not shape ideas
• Prefer slow-moving environments
• Aren’t interested in the commercial side of content
