Summary of the role:

The BI Platform Analyst will be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and define analytics solutions, dashboards and best practice, actionable BI reports using Power BI, SAP BO, and Tableau to support business insights and decision-making. Key to this role is enterprise BI design and collaboration with the client team to ensure design is repeatable, lean, and maintainable across a large organization

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

• 5+ years of experience in BI development, including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong background in data analysis, SQL, and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Databricks for data storage, cleansing, and warehousing to support BI integration.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale BI projects in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Proficient in DAX, M language (Power Query), and data modelling principles.
• Experience with RLS (Row-Level Security) and deploying BI reports across multiple environments.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools and processes to support iterative development.
• Understanding of version control and collaborative development practices (e.g., Git, DevOps).
