Litigation Paralegal – Commercial & Group Litigation

Liverpool City Centre

Salary up to £27,000 DOE

Hybrid working available

A leading top-tier litigation team in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to support its growing Commercial and Group Litigation practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to join a highly regarded disputes team working on complex, high-value litigation matters, often involving large claimant groups and high-profile commercial disputes.

The Role

Working closely with partners, solicitors and senior associates, you will play an important role in supporting the progression of cases across a busy and fast-paced litigation team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the management of commercial litigation and group litigation matters
• Reviewing and analysing large volumes of case documentation and evidence
• Drafting legal correspondence and assisting with legal documentation
• Preparing court bundles and trial documentation
• Supporting solicitors with case strategy and litigation preparation
• Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties where required
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate records on the case management system
• Assisting with disclosure exercises and document review

About You

The team is looking for someone who is:

• Experienced working as a Paralegal within litigation or disputes
• Highly organised with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Interested in developing their career within commercial disputes or complex group litigation
