Dispute Resolution Solicitor | 3–6 PQE | Up to £60K East London – Hybrid Working

An award‑winning, long‑established London firm is seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3–6 PQE) to join their respected team specialising in property litigation, commercial litigation, and wider civil litigation. Recognised by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, the firm advises private individuals and SMEs across a broad range of disputes, with particular strength in property litigation and commercial litigation, as well as complex civil litigation matters.

You will work closely with a supportive team of specialists, handling varied, high‑quality work including landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold issues, contractual claims, injunctions, professional negligence and other civil litigation matters. The department is thriving and now seeks someone who can help meet growing demand and contribute to the continued development of their property litigation and commercial litigation offering.

The role:

  • Managing a busy caseload across property litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation
  • Delivering excellent client care and clear, practical advice
  • Handling correspondence, negotiations and advocacy where appropriate
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
  • Maintaining accurate time recording and billing
  • Supporting junior team members where needed

  • 3–6 PQE with strong experience in property litigation and commercial litigation
  • Confidence handling privately paying client work across civil litigation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
  • Excellent written work, organisation and problem‑solving skills
