Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle from order acceptance to final handover
  • Act as the primary operational contact for assigned major projects
  • Coordinate internal teams including technical clearance, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and installation
  • Proactively manage project programmes, risks, constraints, and dependencies
  • Monitor progress against programme, product lead times, and contractual obligations
  • Attend site as required to support installations and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure installations meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Oversee project cost control including:
  • Field operations costs
  • Subcontractor costs and invoicing
  • Late and abortive costs
  • Work in Progress (WIP) and stock management
  • Protect project margins by identifying and resolving defects, rework, and delays
  • Support milestone-based invoicing and assist with resolving payment queries or disputes
  • Line manage project support and technical clearance resources
  • Provide accurate reporting and performance updates to senior leadership

What Success Looks Like

You will be measured against:

  • Programme adherence and on-time delivery
  • Cost control and margin protection
  • Field operations performance
  • First-time fix rates
  • WIP and invoicing accuracy
  • Quality performance and defect reduction
