We’re looking for a driven, confident Events Executive to help grow our corporate events business and deliver outstanding events from first enquiry to final applause.

What you’ll be doing

Converting enquiries into bookings and driving new business

Running show‑rounds and building great client relationships

Planning and delivering events of all shapes and sizes

Working with operations, catering and AV to ensure seamless delivery

Crafting proposals, managing contracts and overseeing event logistics

Representing Silverstone Museum at sales events and industry showcases

What we’re looking for

✨ A people‑person with strong communication skills

✨ Someone proactive, organised and commercially minded

✨ Experience in events, hospitality or sales (or transferable skills)

✨ A team player who thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment

✨ Flexibility to support occasional evenings/weekends — including the British Grand Prix
