About the Job


An opportunity has arisen for a Membership Coordinator to join us Jumeirah Carlton Tower in The Peak Spa.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


  • Act as a primary point of contact for members, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding new members, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the benefits, events, and community ethos.
  • Support the coordination and communication of member events, activities, and experiences.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring a warm, personalised, and consistent level of service. Greeting by name where possible.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records on MRM, Book4time and Sales Reconciliation sheet.
  • Prepare reports and data summaries for the Membership Manager, including engagement metrics, renewals, and event participation.
