Role: Senior Product Operations Associate
Location: Oxford, UK
Salary: Market Rates + Bonus
Hybrid Working Model: 3 days on-site
We're partnering with a rapidly growing energy research firm in Oxford, seeking a Senior Product Operations Associate. In this internal-facing role, you'll build the operational backbone for the company's software products - ensuring roadmap clarity, turning telemetry into actionable insights, and orchestrating smooth releases so teams can deliver the right outcomes, faster and with evidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and standardise product roadmaps, backlogs, dashboards, and key metrics for evidence-driven decision making.
- Define and own product processes across teams, ensuring effective communication, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Translate telemetry and product insights into actionable recommendations for Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate release planning, ensuring smooth integration between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Standardise customer research operations, closing the loop with customers and tracking impact on satisfaction and adoption.
- Drive tooling implementation, automation, and process improvements across product teams.
Required Attributes:
- Strong experience in Product Operations or Product Management for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong analytics capabilities (SQL/dbt), experimentation understanding, and product sense.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and scale processes that stick.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Delivery-oriented, organised, and comfortable coaching teams on process and evidence.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and management tools (e.g., Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Productboard, Jira).
Desirable:
- Experience in specialised BI and analytics stacks (Looker, Mode).
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or energy-focused software.
