Mind Partners UK is a head-hunting firm with offices in London and Paris. We are partnering with Nuxe in the search for a Key Account Manager e-retail.


Founded by Aliza Jabès, NUXE is a French brand and a pioneer in natural cosmetology. Each product is formulated and manufactured in France to pharmaceutical quality standards, combining the wonders of nature, the efficacy of science, and the awakening of the senses (40 FR patents).


Today, NUXE Group gathers about 800 people all around the world, driven by the passion for nature, science, and arousing senses.


NUXE UK is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager e-retail to join the Sales Department. The position will report directly to the Commercial Director UK&I.


Position summary:

  • Execute Nuxe's strategy within the UK key e-retailers and deliver the business objectives
  • Day-to-day Key Accounts management
  • Ensure profitable growth of the brand whilst translating the Brand's overall strategy


1- ACCOUNT BUSINESS PLAN CREATION AND MONITORING

Responsibility:

  • Account business plan efficiency and driver of growth
  • Budget accuracy
  • Competitive intelligence

Missions:

  • Achieve all key sales KPIs and targets for the responsible accounts
  • Define an appropriate assortment for each client and ensure its permanent availability, and develop annual plans tailored to the account that will work for both Nuxe and the retailer
  • Track sell-out and optimal stock level to avoid out of stocks
  • Forecast and monitor sell-in and sell-out sales and report results
  • Implement sell-in and sell-out corrective actions
  • Execute new product launches and online and/or offline animations
  • Ensure all trade and marketing funds are spent in the most efficient way to drive business growth
  • Carry out competitive intelligence


2- NEGOTIATION

Responsibility:

  • Sell-in and sell-out sales
  • Retailer's P&L management
  • Product referencing and visibility
  • Profitability of each account

Missions:

  • Present and reference current product ranges as well as new ones
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships with existing clients
  • Target new leads and open accounts in line with channel strategy
  • Negotiate and manage annual contracts
  • Define and negotiate a yearly trade marketing plan for each client in cooperation with the Marketing and HQ retail guidelines
  • Coordinate the litigation management


Requirements for the role:

  • 5 years of proven experience in managing retailers, specialising in e-commerce operations within the beauty industry
  • University degree level or equivalent, ideally in Business or Marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Agile, hands-on, self-driven, and proactive mindset
  • Adaptable and excels in fast-paced environments
