We're hiring several Customer Support team members across different areas of our business. Key Responsibilities (depending on role):
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Support specific teams with timely, reliable admin assistance
- Ensure clear communication between departments, external partners and customers
- Handle documents, emails, and records with care and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- A proactive, dependable attitude and willingness to learn
- Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Prior admin experience is helpful but not essential
- Customer-centric approach
