Job description

We're hiring several Customer Support team members across different areas of our business. Whether you're supporting our pricing team, handling internal documentation, or assisting customer communications, each position comes with clear responsibilities and the training needed to succeed. We're looking for detail-oriented, organised individuals who enjoy working in a structured environment and can confidently manage day-to-day admin tasks.


Key Responsibilities (depending on role):

  • Maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Support specific teams with timely, reliable admin assistance
  • Ensure clear communication between departments, external partners and customers
  • Handle documents, emails, and records with care and confidentiality


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, dependable attitude and willingness to learn
  • Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Prior admin experience is helpful but not essential
  • Customer-centric approach
