Tekla Detailer / Tekla Technician (Junior & Senior Roles)

Wembley, London

Permanent | £30,000–£50,000 DOE + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for both Junior and Senior Tekla Detailers to join a growing structural steel specialist based in the Wembley area. With a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects, this is a fantastic time to join a business delivering high-quality structural steelwork from design through to fabrication and installation.

What you’ll do:

Produce 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures

Create GA drawings, assembly drawings & CNC data

Interpret engineers’ calculations and project specifications

Liaise with design, fabrication, and project teams

Raise and resolve technical queries (RFIs)

Manage multiple projects and meet programme deadlines

(Senior level) Oversee projects and support/mentor junior detailers

You’ll need:

✔ Experience using Tekla Structures (level dependent)

✔ Background in structural steel detailing

✔ Strong understanding of steel connections and fabrication processes (Senior level)

✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

✔ Good communication and organisational skills

✔ Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
