Manager / – Fintech

I’m partnering with a global financial technology firm to appoint a Product Manager /Evangelist to support the commercial success of a strategically important product.

This is not regular product management role, nor is it a sales leadership or quota-carrying position. Instead, you will act as the commercial champion for a single product, supporting Sales, representing the firm externally and ensuring structured market feedback informs Product and Marketing strategy.

Performance will be measured on the product’s achievement against revenue targets, not individual sales.

• Support and coach global sales teams on discovery, qualification and product positioning

• Join early-stage client conversations to strengthen value articulation and competitive differentiation

• Represent the product at industry events and relevant working groups

• Build strong internal networks across Sales, Product and Marketing

• Translate market objections, feature gaps and trends into structured feedback for roadmap and messaging refinement

• Contribute to sales playbook and go-to-market motions

• Proven experience within Financial Services SaaS provider or FinTech (essential)

• Strong understanding of the financial services data journey

• Familiarity with Reconciliations systems is an advantage

• Experience scaling a product globally or working within a startup environment highly desirable

• Exposure to partner-led go-to-market models advantageous

• Confident presenter and public speaker

• Analytical mindset with strong discovery and listening skills

• Credible stakeholder manager internally and externally

• Resilient, curious, self-aware and team-oriented

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CRO, offering the opportunity to shape how a global FinTech organisation positions and scales a key product internationally.
