We’re excited to be partnering exclusively with a fantastic, family feel company based in Newmarket. They are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly team ASAP.
This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step from retail or hospitality, into an office team.
Main Duties:
- Incoming customer calls handling.
- Processing requests from customers.
- Learn product knowledge.
- Update CRM system.
- Assist with administrative duties.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- The want to work in a customer focussed role.
- Work well in a team.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- IT skills.
- Have a positive attitude.
