UX Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to support a large-scale digital programme, focused on delivering mobile-first banking experiences. This role is delivery-led and suits a solid UX Designer who has extensive experience with Figma and mobile app experience.

This will be initially 6 Months, likely to extend, Inside IR35 and ideally 500-525 per day.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing mobile UX solutions for retail banking or financial services products
• Producing high-quality designs / wireframes in Figma
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and a dedicated UX Research team
• Participating in design reviews, critiques, and delivery ceremonies
• Using FigJam for user journeys and flows

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a UX Designer on mobile applications
• Background in retail banking or financial services (highly preferred)
• Hands-on expertise with Figma for UX and UI delivery
• Experience working within structured, multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to clearly document and communicate design rationale

Highly desirable

• Previous experience designing banking apps or large-scale consumer mobile platforms
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Exposure to established design systems
