Job description

A leading property investor & developer is seeking an experienced consultancy Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor, who wants to go client side as a Development Manager. You will be part of a team driving forward a growing pipeline of projects across a variety of sectors, in London and throughout the wider UK. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and delivery, shaping schemes from early feasibility through to completion.

You will have strong knowledge of the full project life cycle, and be MRICS or on your way to becoming chartered.
