In-house Lawyer (5+) | Finance | Credit Fund

Job description

We have been exclusively instructed by a market-leading Credit Fund to identify an experienced Finance lawyer to join their European Real Assets legal team in London.

This is an important senior role aimed at bringing relevant finance experience into an exceptionally high-quality legal team. The legal team works very closely with and supports a busy European platform focused on Real Estate Debt and Alternative Credit.

• This role will suit a Finance lawyer with experience in Real Estate Finance, Structured Finance / Securitisation, or Infrastructure finance.
• The successful candidate is likely to come from a leading law firm or equivalent in-house team with approximately 5 – 8 years of relevant post qualification experience, as a guideline.
