Job description

A highly regarded international firm is seeking to hire an Employment Associate into its London team as part of strategic growth.


You will join a market‑leading practice known for:

  • Advising FTSE and multinational clients on complex, high‑value employment disputes
  • Handling reputationally sensitive board‑level matters and senior executive exits
  • Delivering strategic guidance on restructurings and large‑scale workforce projects
  • Working seamlessly with Corporate and Private Equity teams on headline transactions
  • Providing technically rigorous, commercially grounded advice recognised across the market


This is a team operating at the very top end of the employment landscape, acting on sophisticated matters where precision, judgement and discretion are essential.


The Role

You will advise on a broad range of premium employment matters, including:

  • High‑value contentious matters, including tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Senior executive exits, enforcement of restrictive covenants and team moves
  • Complex disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing issues
  • Strategic advisory work for boards and HR leadership teams
  • Corporate support on M&A, TUPE and employment‑related transactional risk


About You

  • UK‑qualified solicitor
  • Strong training from a well‑regarded employment practice
  • Solid experience across both contentious and advisory employment work
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders in high‑pressure environments
  • Commercial, measured and technically excellent
