The role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations independently and ensuring exceptional client experiences. They will also drive retail sales, maintain high standards of product knowledge, and ensure compliance with medical-grade skincare protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert skincare consultations, including medical-grade products
• Drive retail sales and consistently meet performance targets
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all skincare products and treatments
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and clinical standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
• Oversee inventory, stock management, and product ordering
