The Candidate

• 2–4 PQE Criminal Defence Solicitor (lower PQE with relevant experience will be considered)
• Full Police Station Accreditation (essential)
• Duty Solicitor Accreditation (essential)
• Confident attending police stations and managing serious, complex cases
• Strong advocacy, case‑management, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and support a Director on sensitive, high‑profile matters
• Ambitious, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
