We have been instructed by a US firm on an opening for a mid-senior level Corporate Associate to join their London team.

This is a rare opportunity for candidates with 4+ PQE to join a well-established US firm in London, offering high-end private M&A work in various sectors including energy and infrastructure.

Candidates of interest will have the following profile:

• 4-10 PQE at a Magic or Silver Circle firm in London
• Private M&A background, including experience of joint ventures, shareholders agreements and SPAs
