Data Governance Manager

Job description

AVA are looking for a Data Governance Manager to take the lead in shaing a truly data driven buiness.

You will;

• Establish and execute long-term data governance roadmap in line with the company's vision and recognised best practice.
• Own and deliver data and digital OKRs, ensuring measurable progress against strategic priorities.
• Develop and embed a comprehensive data governance framework, working closely with IT and key stakeholders to elevate data quality and architecture.

You need;

• Strong background in data governance, data management, or digitalisation, with a solid understanding of core principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategy, and leading transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing commercial contracts and ensuring compliance with data legislation, including the Data Act and Export Controls requirements.
