The Company

My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor.

They operate with a dual capability, acting as both a Principal Contractor and a Specialist Subcontractor.

The company maintains a close-knit, specialist team, offering stability and opportunities to work on complex projects.

HQ based in North London.

The Role - Facade Designer (Cladding)

My client are looking to appoint a Designer to their current team, offering a hybrid working arrangement from their office in North London (x3 days in the office, x2 from home or visa versa)

The role will include:

• Designing a mixture of facade works from concept to completion (Cladding, CW, Rainscreen)
• Preparing schedules for manufacturing
• Working to companies design procedure
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team to assist and develop the complete façade design ensuring completion to programme and within budget
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Assisting Junior Designers

You will need to have experience in the Facade/Cladding industry.
