Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team in London, providing consulting services to Japanese financial institutional clients. This role focuses on project management, issue structuring, and supporting business-side tasks in product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver PMO and project management services, including planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Visualise and structure issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
• Support business-side tasks in product development, such as requirement clarification, UAT coordination, and operational readiness.
• Assist in stakeholder communication and coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
• Work independently and proactively in a hybrid environment (Central London client sites).

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience in project-based engagements.
• Solid project management skills, including planning, and progress tracking.
• Ability to structure complex issues and present clear solutions.
• Experience in business-side task execution for product development (e.g. Requirement Gathering, UAT Planning).

Preferred Requirements

• Familiarity with corporate banking domains
