Senior Product Designer (IC) - gambling/gaming client

£75,000–£85,000 + bonus + benefits

Hybrid - London office (1-3 days a week - up to you)

Prior experience within ecommerce, gaming or other high-volume transactional platforms is essential. Looking for someone coming from a digital-first culture.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, digital-first consumer platform operating within the online gambling space.

With a high-volume customer base and a strong performance marketing engine, the business delivers aspirational, high-value rewards through a seamless web-led experience. The company is profitable, scaling, and investing heavily in product and design to elevate craft, consistency, and conversion performance.

They’re now hiring a Senior Product Designer to take over from a contractor and become the core permanent design voice within the product team.

THE ROLE

• Own and deliver high-impact customer journeys across web and app
• Optimise conversion funnels and key transactional flows
• Evolve and maintain a scalable design system
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and data to inform decisions
• Use qualitative and quantitative insight to drive measurable improvements
• Raise the bar for design craft and consistency across the platform

THE CANDIDATE

• 6+ years’ experience in end-to-end product design
• Strong background in digital-first, consumer or ecommerce environments
• Deep expertise in responsive web design (mobile-first mindset essential)
• High level of UI craft and interaction design
• Confident working in commercially driven, performance-focused businesses
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team
• Proficient in Figma and experienced working within a design system
• AI-curious or actively using AI tools to enhance workflow
