We're seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Clinical Negligence team, to be based in either our Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester or Cardiff office.

This is an opportunity to conduct clinical negligence claims on behalf of defendant clients, particularly the NHS LA, providing a range of high-quality legal services on complex matters. You'll manage your own caseload including high value and complex claims, whilst delegating and supervising tasks to more junior lawyers.

We're looking for a flexible, ambitious and results-oriented lawyer with clinical negligence experience (preferably defendant). Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork are essential, as is a keen interest in taking responsibility and developing the business.
