IBA Account Handler – 6 Month FTC

Bolton | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

Competitive salary + 10% pension + bonus + PMI

Are you currently working in an IBA or client money role?

Comfortable managing your own ledger, chasing debt, allocating cash and producing MI?

I’m working with a well-known London Market business who are looking for an experienced IBA Account Handler to join on a 6-month FTC.

This is a solid opportunity to join a structured, well-run team with strong systems and clear processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of IBA client accounts
• Credit control & debt collection within agreed terms
• Cash allocation & investigation of unmatched items
• Processing payments (claims & return premiums)
• Producing accurate MI on ledger performance
• Sending statements & chasing outstanding queries
• Monitoring client money payments
• Working in line with FCA CASS 5 rules
• Liaising with underwriters, brokers & internal teams

You’ll need previous IBA experience and be comfortable working across ledgers with minimal supervision.

Websure knowledge would be a bonus.
