Clinical Negligence Fee Earner
Liverpool/ Hybrid
Our client, a reputable and supportive law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Clinical Negligence Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 2 years experience of working within a clinical negligence department who is looking to develop within a collaborative and people-focused environment.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and progress your own medical negligence caseload
- Handle client enquiries, gather evidence and prepare key legal documents
- Conduct legal research, liaise with experts/Counsel and attend conferences
- Provide high-quality advice and maintain excellent client care

- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Empathy, professionalism and a proactive mindset
- Solid understanding of clinical negligence processes
