Job Title: ADR Driver Trainer (Hazardous Goods)
Location
National – Willing to Travel
Reports To
– Ad-Hoc Trainer (Self Employed)
Job Purpose
To safely and efficiently deliver training in accordance with ADR regulations, company procedures, and all relevant UK and EU legislation, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
Must Have for ADR Training
- Valid ADR Driver Card
- Recognised qualifications as trainer of adults (for example, Level 3 or above in Training and development or certificate of teaching in the lifelong Learning sector) or experienced as a trainer
- Dangerous goods safety advisor certificate or relevant work experience in transport of dangerous goods
- Valid First aid at work certificate
- Fire training qualification or experience training adults in firefighting.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and mandatory training.
- Actively contribute to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in tanker, fuel, chemicals, or waste transport.
- Spill response or emergency incident training.
- Forklift or plant operation certification.
- Familiarity with customer sites requiring high safety standards.
