We are looking for an award-winning, West London–based design studio renowned for delivering super-luxury residential and hospitality interiors for an international, ultra-high-net-worth clientele. Their work is defined by exceptional craftsmanship, bespoke detailing, and a deeply considered approach to materiality, furniture, and art.


I am seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a focus on FF&E to join the growing team and lead FF&E delivery across some of the most prestigious projects in the industry.


The Role


Working currently as Senior FF&E Designer, you will play a key role from concept through to installation, shaping refined, timeless interiors at the highest level and looking for a new position.


Responsibilities include:


  • Leading FF&E design for luxury residential and hospitality projects
  • Developing sophisticated FF&E concepts aligned with the studio’s creative vision
  • Sourcing, specifying, and commissioning bespoke furniture, lighting, rugs, joinery, art, and accessories
  • Producing detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and presentations
  • Managing supplier relationships, artisans, and international vendors
  • Overseeing procurement, budgets, lead times, and installations
  • Mentoring junior designers and contributing to studio design culture
  • Working closely with Directors, Interior Designers, and Project Managers



About You


  • 6+ years’ experience in high-end / super-luxury FF&E design
  • Strong background in residential and/or hospitality interiors
  • Exceptional eye for detail, proportion, and materiality
  • Deep knowledge of luxury brands, bespoke makers, and global suppliers
  • Confident managing FF&E packages from concept to completion
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple projects
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite; strong presentation skills
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent Autocad skills to work across the teams.
