Overview

MarkJames Search is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our EMEA delivery function. This is a delivery focused role with a strong focus on high-calibre contractor sourcing throughout Europe.

The role is pivotal to ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across complex and high-volume contract requirements, with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and performance against internal and client-defined service metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of Delivery to support a key client high-volume contractor hiring project in Europe.
• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, market mapping, headhunting, and social channels.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust contractor talent pipelines aligned to both current and forecasted client demand.
• Deliver against internal and external client SLAs and KPIs, including: time-to-submit, compliance and overall quality of hire targets.
• Work at pace to ensure rapid turnaround of qualified contractor submissions without compromising quality or compliance
• Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess capability, availability, and readiness to start.
• Provide high-quality, well-briefed candidates to match client expectations and role-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline data within the ATS.
• Act as a delivery point of reference, contributing to best practice, process improvement, and mentoring within the delivery team
• Provide high level support and cover to the Head of Delivery, during holidays and busy periods etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a delivery or sourcing role within a recruitment agency environment.
• Advanced familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and search techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering contractor recruitment at speed against defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior delivery or operational leaders.
• Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, KPI-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
