Demand Planner

Location: Andover, Hampshire (Office Based)

Department: Operations

Reports to: Demand Planning Controller

Are you a highly organised and analytical individual with experience in stock planning, purchasing, or supply chain?

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our Operations team in Andover. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product availability while optimising stock levels across a diverse product portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing stock levels to ensure excellent customer service
• Forecasting demand, including promotions and new product launches
• Placing purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring optimal stock cover
• Monitoring supplier performance (OTIF)
• Working closely with Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams
• Supporting continuous improvement of planning processes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Demand Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• ERP system experience (Microsoft Business Central advantageous)
