IFS PSO Solution Architect

Job description

We are seeking an experienced IFS PSO Solution Architect to lead the Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) workstream for a migration from ClickSoftware to IFS FSM Cloud. This role will drive the design, configuration, and deployment of IFS PSO, ensuring optimal scheduling, resource utilization, and alignment with business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PSO workstream for the Click to IFS FSM Cloud migration.
• Assess current Click planning and scheduling processes and map to IFS PSO.
• Design and configure IFS PSO for scheduling, dispatch, and optimization needs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure integration and alignment.
• Oversee PSO-related data migration, interfaces, testing, and issue resolution.
• Provide best practice guidance and support UAT, cutover, and hypercare.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years’ experience in Field Service Management or ERP projects.
• Strong hands-on IFS PSO experience, including at least one implementation or migration.
• Expertise in scheduling algorithms, resource optimization, and process mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• IFS PSO/FSM certification.
• Experience with integrations and data migration.
• Background in utilities, telecom, or asset-intensive industries.
