Associate Principal – Work & Career Architecture / Total Reward

London (Hybrid) | Korn Ferry UK & Ireland

Korn Ferry is expanding its UK&I Consulting team and is seeking Associate Principals to lead complex Work & Career Architecture and Total Reward engagements for private-sector clients.

This is a senior delivery role for consultants who enjoy leading workstreams, advising senior stakeholders, and coaching teams, while remaining close to client delivery.

What you’ll do

• Lead integrated W&CA and Total Reward workstreams
• Act as a senior advisor to client stakeholders
• Ensure quality, rigour, and consistency of delivery
• Coach and develop consultants within project teams
• Partner with Principals on complex engagements

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience across Work & Career Architecture and/or Total Reward
• Proven ability to lead complex consulting workstreams
• Confidence advising senior HR and business leaders
• A collaborative, delivery-led leadership style
