Senior IT Project Manager – IAM
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives within a complex, regulated environment.
The Role
- Manage 4–6 concurrent IAM projects (RBAC redesign, MFA rollout, PAM, attestation workflows)
- Own full project lifecycle: PID, planning, budgeting, governance & release coordination
- Engage Steering Committees, Senior IT Leadership & C-Suite stakeholders
- Drive delivery on time, within scope and budget
- Manage vendors, contracts & SLAs
- Lead risk, issue & dependency management across a matrix organisation
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ IT project delivery experience
- Strong track record delivering large-scale IAM programmes
- Experience with platforms such as One Identity, SailPoint, Okta
- Deep understanding of RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, AD/Azure AD, SOX/GDPR
- PMP/APM (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
