Funds Tax Senior Associate (5–7 PQE) – US Law Firm - London

Our client, a leading US law firm is keen to speak to experienced Tax Associates to join its highly regarded Funds team in London.

Ideally applicants will be 5–7 yrs PQE and must have practiced in tax since qualification, ideally with exposure to private credit, funds, or broader investment management matters. The successful candidate will advise on the tax aspects of fund structures, financings, and cross‑border transactions for major global sponsors and financial institutions.
