Senior Product Manager

London (Hybrid) | Fintech | High-growth scale-up

I’m partnering with a well-funded, rapidly scaling fintech platform (1m+ customers) looking to hire a Senior Product Manager.

This is a high-impact role focused on shaping how customers receive personalised financial guidance across saving, investing and long-term planning journeys. You’ll define the strategy, own the roadmap, and build intuitive in-app experiences that help customers make confident financial decisions.

Key focus areas:

• Owning wealth proposition & guidance strategy
• Designing and scaling digital financial planning experiences
• Leading experimentation and defining success metrics
• Embedding guidance across the full customer lifecycle
• Balancing customer outcomes with commercial impact (AUA, retention, LTV)

Looking for:

• Strong consumer proposition experience
• Proven track record in experimentation & ambiguous problem spaces
• Analytical and commercially minded
• Fintech / wealth experience a plus
