Senior Residential Conveyancer | 5PQE+ | Growing High Street Firm | London

We are partnering with a well run High Street firm that has seen consistent year on year growth and is now investing heavily into its residential property team. They are modernising systems, building referral relationships and positioning themselves as the go to firm in their area.

They are seeking a 5PQE+ Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX to take ownership of a busy caseload and help shape the next phase of growth.

The Role

• Handling a full residential caseload from instruction to completion

• Freehold and leasehold matters

• Mix of private clients and local introducer work

• Playing a part in developing processes and efficiencies

• Potential to mentor junior fee earners
