Senior Product Designer

Central London — Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

£80,000–£100,000 + bonus

We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech scale-up building next-generation trading infrastructure. They are expanding their London design team and hiring a Senior Product Designer to help evolve a sophisticated active trading platform.

This is a high-impact role working on complex financial products used by professional traders, taking an already-live product to the next level.

The Role

You’ll join a tight-knit design team working across multiple initiatives spanning consumer-facing experiences, B2B platforms, and internal tooling. The focus is strongly UX-heavy, solving deep workflow and data problems within a highly innovative environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Design end-to-end experiences for an active trading platform
• Solve complex B2B workflow challenges
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering
• Contribute to an evolving design system
• Explore and shape AI-driven product features
• Run research, testing, and continuous iteration

What they’re looking for (must-have)

• Strong product design fundamentals end-to-end
• Hands-on experience designing trading platforms (essential)
• Background in complex fintech/B2B products
• UX-heavy portfolio
• Experience with data-rich interfaces
• Curious, experimental mindset
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Self-starter with high ownership
