Competition Litigation, 5-8 PQE, London

My client, a leading international law firm in London, is looking to expand its Competition Litigation team with the addition of a talented and ambitious solicitor at the 5-8 PQE level.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, complex Competition disputes — including follow-on and standalone damages claims, cartel litigation, abuse of dominance cases and class actions — often spanning multiple jurisdictions. You will be part of a market-leading team, known for handling some of the most significant Competition cases globally.

Lawyers have extensive experience bringing and defending damages actions, as well as defending class action suits involving claims of unlawful agreements, monopolisation and abuse of dominance. The team has acted in many of the most significant Competition litigation matters globally.

Unlike many practices, lawyers represent both defendants and claimants. This breadth of experience gives them a comprehensive understanding of the issues from every angle.
